I had ordered Men Timberland Custom for my son-in-law one evening as a Christmas present. Right after I placed the order, I realized I had ordered the wrong color. I called a customer rep from this websiteand he changed the order for me right away. I received the boots the very next day, nicely boxed! The boots were exactly what my son-in-law wanted! I would definitely order from this website again!
